Our History

Flying Charter is one of the oldest and most trusted yacht charter brokers agency in Italy, providing the highest quality service for a “nautical élite tourism”.
The constant search for excellence is the mission of the company and of its founder Carlo Pettorosso, who began working in the charter industry in the late 80’s when it was still in its early stages. What had started as a hobby materialized into a job and in 1997, after a brilliant nautical career,  Carlo decided to establish the company in Naples which is the heart of one of the most charming Mediterranean cruising areas.
Since then, the company has built an unrivalled reputation at an international level for providing its clients a completely custom-made service and trusted support.

Almost every port, restaurant, beach club or local attraction we recommend has been tested and approved by our guides.

Our head office is right in the heart of the Mediterranean. This allows us to perform recurring inspections on our yachts, in order to ensure our guests only the highest standards in every aspect of their holiday, from the softest linen to the best crew on board.
We personally know and select every crew member in our Central Agency yacht fleet. We know that charter guests expect certain standards and our aim is to exceed them as much as possible.

Guaranteed quality

We’re members of the MYBA, the Worldwide Yachting Association, since 2011 and have always been following its guidelines of conduct. This membership gives us access to a wide database of about 2000 strictly selected vessels available for charter and a to widespread coverage of all world cruising areas.
Moreover, we manage one of the largest luxury yacht charter fleet in Italy as a worldwide sole Central Agency.
