Portofino

Portofino is probably one of the most beautiful ports in Italy, a very glamorous place that gets even more exclusive at night, with its sparkling coast and its top-class restaurants. During the day it is worth paying a visit to the bay of San Fruttuoso, dominated by a medieval Abbey; here the world under the water is particularly rich in marine life, a paradise for snorkelers and divers. In Portofino, it’s great to eat on the harbour and the best restaurant is Da Puny.

Cinque Terre

The Cinque Terre are 5 tiny villages (Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore) perched over the Mediterranean and set along eighteen kilometres of sheer rocky coastline beneath steep terraced hills and vineyards. National Park and UNESCO protected territory since 1997, Cinque Terre are a combination of unique landscapes, crystal clear water and perfectly preserved ancient villages that remain miraculously unspoilt. For dinner head to Gianni Franzi in Riomaggiore for a solid, typical Ligurian meal or to Belforte in Vernazza for a romantic alfresco experience.

Tuscany

Tuscany is just a few hours navigation from Cinque Terre, and a stop-over in Viareggio will give the possibility to book a trip inland and visit the world-known cities of Lucca, Pisa and Florence or to explore the enchanting landscapes of Chianti and go on the ultimate wine-tasting experience. Alternatively, you can remain on the coast and experience the sparkling lifestyle of the beautiful Forte Dei Marmi and go clubbing in the world-famous La Capannina, where locals and tourists dance the night away since 1929.

Elba

Elba is the biggest island in the Tuscan Archipelago and is the ideal destination for those who seek a very active holiday. Walkers, hikers and mountain bikers will have the opportunity to explore one of the greenest islands in the Mediterranean while the laziest ones will have the chance to relax on its wide, sandy beaches. The isles of Capraia, Giglio and Giannutri are also well worth a visit.
